One of my very favorite bars, a tiny Brooklyn tiki bar called Shaka Shaka, serves some of its best drinks in vintage glass goblets that make each one feel more interesting than those at the much more expensive cocktail bars nearby. There's something about these glowing, patterned glasses, in mismatched shapes and colors, that make an experience as simple as drinking some wine (or a very strong piña colada) feel much more personal.
I was recently taken by one such goblet, whose shape and general hands-on-hips attitude gave me the distinct impression it was judging me deeply. I love these sorts of beautiful-yet-silly pieces even more in an otherwise-plain dining room (say, mine) where they pop against the backdrop of Ikea plates and mechanics towels I use in place of napkins. Rather than stand out awkwardly, they make simple, budget-conscious place settings feel like the intentional backdrop for this, the main character, the goblet of your dreams.
I'm not the only one who's embracing the opulence and over-the-top elegance of these sorts of pieces. Vintage (or vintage-esque) goblets are making a resurgence, with some glass-blowers and crystal-cutters taking inspiration from the old to create their own sparkling, new glasses. If, for instance, you're in the market for some investment pieces (a term I use to describe things I can not afford and do not need, but want to buy anyways), this set of two hand-cut crystal stemmed glasses from Farfetch are selling for a modest $641, and look pretty sweet. These Serena Confalonieri glasses from Mociun are a slightly more, uh, reasonable $405 for two. And of the vintage (and still spectacularly expensive) variety, there are these particularly lovely hand-blown 1970s glass goblets from Rosemary Home.
I won't be buying any of them because 1) I can't rationalize spending almost $300 on a single glass, and 2) having such valuable glassware in my shared New York apartment doesn't make a ton of sense. But an investment piece doesn't have to be so expensive. For those of us who aren't set up to spend $600 on cups right now, Etsy has a treasure trove of elegant patterned glass goblets in yellow, green, and whatever this color is, as well as options to build your own mismatched set. (You can thank me later for the rabbit hole you're about to go down.)
As a person who's always wished I had more just-because hobbies, I'm drawn to the idea of becoming the oh, he collects vintage goblets guy — there's something quite special about getting one's hands on a set of glasses that have been around for so long and were crafted with such care. But cabinet space doesn't allow it so for now, I'll have to settle for a set of six beautifully mismatched cups.

Hello PlayStation fans! My name is Kuba, and I am the Game Director at Flying Wild Hog. Today, we wanted to tell you more about our upcoming game Shadow Warrior 3, including some huge news – we can finally reveal the Shadow Warrior 3 release date!
So let's start with what we love seeing the most, which is a nice, chunky pre-rendered trailer, and then let me tell you more about what this game is all about!
Shadow Warrior 3 is a fast-paced first-person love letter to katanas, guns, and self-expression. High octane, adrenaline-fuelled action, crazy explosions, and spectacular free-running movement all served in a colourful, orient-inspired fantasy world. It's all designed to let your action juices flow like water through a busted dam. And the flow is fast. Real fast. Shoot first, ask questions later, because most of the time, the answer is "Boom!".
The premise of our game is simple. You are an ex-Yakuza mercenary, whose lightning combat skills are matched only by your sharp one-liners. The story begins following the apocalyptic climax of Shadow Warrior 2. By nearly bringing the world to its untimely end, you accidentally opened a multi-dimensional prison cell holding a huge, world-eating dragon. Now, finding yourself in the middle of an apocalyptic hellscape, and, more importantly, with your mojo lost, are forced to team up with your arch nemesis, the ex-billionaire Orochi Zilla, and newly recruited sorceress supreme Motoko, to right your wrongs. However, the road to redemption is spiked not only with ultra-malevolent Yokai demons but also with equally damning distrust between your team of discount heroes.
In order to defeat this badass dragon, you need to awaken a power trapped in an Ancient Artifact. Unfortunately, the Ancients were devoured by the dragon during the apocalyptic event, but there's one last item that can still be used to pierce through the dragon's impenetrable scales – Hoji's mask, an heirloom of your late and only friend. To awaken that power, the duo must request help from Motoko, the last remaining sorceress of the Kumo Brotherhood, an organization so secret no one knows what they do, why they exist, or where they keep their clubhouse. And that racoon that you saw in the trailer? It's a Tanuki – a representation of Motoko's power, a guardian spirit. Cute as it is, it fights like a demon, smells like a trashcan, and will eat pretty much anything.
Oh and wait till you see the gameplay. It's freedom galore; take whichever approach tickles your fancy the most. Want to go full-frontal with guns blazing? Sure. Find yourself in a brawling mood and wanting to reduce monsters to minced meat with a katana? Knock yourself out. No holding back, just go bonkers! Actually, why not combine them all and start off with your guns, then go for the chi-blast, grapple your way into safety, and spice it up with some awesome finishing moves? Once you master combining all these styles you'll become a force to be reckoned with!
The upgrade system gives you even more opportunities to go nuts on the monsters when it comes to combat. The arenas in which you'll be fighting were specifically designed to encourage you to use all the aforementioned combat styles, in any combination. The only thing that's limiting you is your imagination and the classic levels allowed us to maintain consistency in the plot.

Little Big Workshop
Play a factory tycoon in charge of your very own tabletop factory. Organize the factory floor, manage your workers, purchase machinery, and design efficient production lines – all within the time-limit and to your client’s satisfaction.
Start out with just a small workshop and expand to a desk-filling factory. Unlock ever fancier machines, add even more production methods, and most of all, more room. Soon enough you'll be running multiple production lines, producing hundreds of advanced products each day, and watching with joy as your cute workers do the actual work.
Through the Darkest of Times
You are the leader of a small resistance group in 1933's Berlin in this historical resistance strategy game. Your goal is to deal with small blows to the regime – dropping leaflets to spread awareness about what the Nazis are really up to among the people, painting messages on walls, sabotaging, gathering information and recruiting more followers. And all of that while staying undercover – if the regime's forces learn about your group, the life of each member is in grave danger.
Death Squared
Get together with a loved one, a group of friends or even the whole family and guide teams of two or four robots through increasingly-complex levels to their color-coded goals. But beware! The path through each level is littered with cunning death traps that quickly send the automatons to the big scrapyard in the sky. To progress, players must work together to learn each stage through trial and error, putting newly-gained knowledge into action to survive and succeed. In addition to the two-player story mode, Death Squared includes insane ‘party chaos’ challenges specifically designed for groups of four. A single-player can also enjoy the traditionally two-player story mode, and two-players can tackle ‘party chaos’, by controlling two robots with one controller.
