| Hearthstone 20.0.2 patch notes reveal several big changes to meta cards Posted: 12 Apr 2021 03:30 PM PDT  Today, Blizzard revealed the patch notes for patch 20.0.2 coming tomorrow to Hearthstone. It’s set to bring a load of balance changes to many cards and modes, as well as addressing some bugs. There are quite a few changes to many key cards in the Standard meta. The biggest and most notable being Deck of Lunacy. Previously cost 2 mana, the patch will bump Deck of Lunacy’s cost up to 4. Transform cards always seem to be a problem for the meta in Hearthstone. However, casting such a powerful card for only 2 mana was a bit too much. Deck of Lunacy is still a good card, but now it won’t be causing havoc as early as turn one or two anymore. Sword of the Fallen is being lowered from 3 Durability to 2. Its ability to play so many secrets in the very early turns of the game was just too oppressive. | CPU and GPU shortages look worse, but some issues may improve soon Posted: 12 Apr 2021 01:45 PM PDT  While a lot of people are likely over the news of CPU and GPU shortages affecting Nvidia and AMD products, we do encourage you stay informed about how the situation continues to change. Some are probably fed up and willing to just pay whatever at this point, but others would like to see MSRP-priced products on shelves. The truth is we’re still a good ways off from that, but there are a lot of factors in play that will continue to influence availability. Fortunately, we should be able to see some small availability improvements for Ryzen 5000 Series CPUs in the near-term. The coveted AMD processors experienced similar stock shortages compared to GPUs when first released, but the 5800X and 5600X showed up in stores such as Micro Center, Newegg, and Antonline for MSRP over the past couple months. | Oddworld: Soulstorm Mudokon guide — Brewery and Eye of the Storm secret levels Posted: 12 Apr 2021 01:00 PM PDT  After clearing Feeco Depot and The Yards in Oddworld: Soulstorm, you’ll see the game’s ending cinematic. However, this is entirely dependent on how you’ve progressed throughout the campaign. Indeed, if you were able to rescue 80% of the Mudokons in at least 12 of the game’s stages, you can unlock the final ending, as well as two more levels. | Civilization VI – New Frontier Pass final free update adds three new units this month Posted: 12 Apr 2021 12:30 PM PDT  The Civilization VI New Frontier Pass free update series will come to a close this month. The final free update arrives on April 22 with “three brand new units for all civilizations,” according to an official press release. Developer Firaxis teased the upcoming content in a new video, so fans can get hype for what’s to come in just 10 days. Publisher 2K Games revealed that the Civilization VI April 2021 free community update will introduce new units, as well as new maps and game adjustments. Firaxis has tweaked all civilizations to reflect the new leaders introduced in previous updates. The team also adjusted civilizations to prepare for the introduction of three new units: Line Infantry, Man-At-Arms, and Trebuchet. The tweaks will ensure that the “new units feel like weighty upgrades.” The April update also brings a True Start Mediterranean Map and a True Start Earth Huge Map. | Outriders patch adds cross-play for all platforms [Updated] Posted: 12 Apr 2021 11:45 AM PDT  [Update – April 12 @ 2:45 PM ET]: According to the Outriders official Twitter account, the Xbox patch for the game has gone live, allowing all platforms to enjoy the cross-play function. However, the inventory wipe glitch still persists. The developer is still working on a solution. Inventory returns are also still being planned for the near future. The original story follows. Despite publisher Square Enix and developer People Can Fly delaying Outriders out of 2020 for cross-play, the feature still wasn’t fully ready at launch. It was available, sure, but also busted. PC players attempting to join parties with friends on consoles were met with desync issues. Square Enix later asked people to avoid the feature until it got fixed. Well, after today a patch will open up cross-play in Outriders between PlayStation and PC users . However, you still can’t play with your friends on Xbox.
