How to build the best Warzone Pacific M1 Garand class

Posted: 24 Jan 2022 09:30 AM PST

Warzone Pacific best M1 Garand ClassThe first season of Call of Duty: Vanguard introduced Warzone Pacific. Since the weapon pool was expanded, there are now more options than ever to choose from. Tactical rifles are not exactly at the top of the list when it comes to the meta. However, with the best attachments, you can build an M1 Garand class that shows your Warzone Pacific lobbies that marksman rifles are able to compete. The M1 Garand is one of the most iconic weapons associated with World War II. The satisfying noise that is made when you reload is one that is recognized by many Call of Duty fans. This class will focus on improving the accuracy of the gun to make it a well built weapon for engagements at range.   Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific best M1 Garand class Muzzle: MX Silencer Barrel: Cooper 25" Custom Stock: Chariot S3 TC Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop Rear Grip: Polymer Grip Magazine: .30-06 20 Round Drums Ammunition: Lengthened Perk 1: Vital Perk 2: Fully Loaded Optic: G16 2.5x Lets begin by breakin...

Nvidia’s RTX 3050 seems to be bad at mining for cryptocurrency

Nvidia RTX 3050 MiningIt seems that Nvidia’s newest mid-range graphics card will be a bad option for mining cryptocurrency. The information was discovered by VideoCardz, which revealed that all RTX 3050 models apparently use the Lite Hash Rate (LHR) algorithm that drastically reduces mining effectiveness. Whether the card will officially release with this feature in place is yet to be seen. If so, it’ll be great news for gamers and terrible news for crypto miners looking for a cheaper deal to expand operations. Lowering the value of the card to miners, and perhaps even a few scalpers, might mean that more units end up in the hands of gamers. There are still other issues affecting the manufacturing of graphics cards at the moment though. Either way, we’ll be able to see what kind of outcome this results in by the end of the month.   Miners may have to look elsewhere There’s a key reason behind the RTX 3050 being a less than ideal choice for cryptocurrency miners. The LHR algor...

Hidden Deep Early Access — Is it worth it?

Posted: 24 Jan 2022 08:00 AM PST

Hidden Deep Worth It 1It’s always a rush to carefully explore the darkness, feeling unsure of what exactly you’ll find. Hidden Deep, which enters Early Access today, is very much about careful navigation and surviving bleak situations. As you might expect, the game isn’t easy, and it doesn’t hold back with requiring you to start lengthy sections from the beginning if you make too many mistakes. But it does a great job of building tension while making for a captivating push as you explore deeper into perilous places, alongside a militaristic theme reminiscent of some of the Alien movies. Also, lots of falling. But the question stands: is Hidden Deep worth it in Early Access? When you first begin Hidden Deep, you start a new expedition. At first, it seems like the game is some sort of rogue-lite, but it isn’t. Early on, you have access to a single character belonging to the scout class. But your characters have lives. The game has sections akin to levels, but you won’t f...

The Anacrusis Early Access impressions — In space, no one is around

The Anacrusis Early Access ImpressionsA few weeks ago, I was able to try The Anacrusis. It’s a co-op shooter from Stray Bombay, a studio helmed by Chet Faliszek (formerly of Valve) and Kimberly Voll (formerly of Riot Games). Think of the experience as akin to Left 4 Dead in space. However, given that The Anacrusis released as part of Steam’s Early Access program, there were a lot of issues to iron out. Additionally, I was mostly playing solo prior to the launch due to timezone differences. Fast forward to the present, and the game’s player population hasn’t quite caught up to its ambitions.   Lost in space The Anacrusis takes place aboard a space station that’s filled with aliens in ’70s-style clothing. There are four playable characters, though you don’t get to choose which one becomes your avatar (don’t worry, since there’s no mechanical difference between them). While you can play solo with bots, it’s still an online experience. That means a player who ...

Watch Dogs: Legion won’t be receiving any more updates

Watch Dogs Legion No More Updates FeatureTwo years ago on October 29, Ubisoft released Watch Dogs: Legion. It was the sequel of Watch Dogs 2, an open-world, action-adventure game known for its hacking and stealth elements. After two years of active development, the French publisher has announced that Watch Dogs: Legion will not receive any more updates. As of January 22, Ubisoft has officially pulled the plug. In the blog post, Ubisoft explains that “TU 5.6 was our final update,” and “Seasons 3-5 will continue to cycle,” moving forward. No additional seasons or content is in the plans, so players will only be able to earn rewards from previous seasons. Season 5, titled Stripes, launched recently, so players still have content to work through for a short while. Although, once that ends, Legion‘s remaining player base will surely begin to look elsewhere for games to play.   Ubisoft didn’t provide a specific reason as to why it has made the decision. The most likely explanation is that...
