First of all, the pork katsu was tender and juicy while extra crispy, unlike some half-assed premade crap that many places serve nowadays. Now, the curry. It was super rich and flavourful, with a slight hint of sweet-and-sour that added a unique kick to it. Eggs were fluffy and perfectly swirled on top of a bed of multi-grain rice, and even the pickled veggies on the side (unsure what it was) was surprisingly delightful. What's more, free refills on rice and curry - though I was so full and satisfied after the initial serving that I couldn't eat any more. But I'll definitely be back to try the chicken katsu!
