As noodles are usually long and thinly shaped, "geda" noodles take on the shape of their name and are shaped more like a block of dough. In any case, I wasn't expecting noodles with beef "bones" to come with a lot of meat, but I was rather surprised...very surprised by the amount of meat that was mounted on the bowl of noodles. It may not look like it from the photo, but it was indeed an insane amount of meat - so much that it was probably the largest mountain of beef that I had ever been able to get with 18 RMB.
