Recently I've been craving a lot of non-Chinese foods - pasta, pizza, burgers, etc. So I made spaghetti Bolognese at home a few times, using the simplest ingredients and not following the 3-hours method, no thanks! I used to like to add mushrooms but I scrapped that - now it's just ground beef, onions, tomato, and pasta sauce. And since I can't find good-quality Parmesan cheese in China, I opted for shredded mozzarella, which is a decent substitute.
