Like this one - I've had meatballs and glutan pockets, separately, but who would've thought you could put the meatballs INTO the gluten pockets?! Then I guess he stir-fried them in soy sauce and honestly...it wasn't all that bad. Maybe a bit lacking aesthetically but definitely a fun experimental dish in terms of flavour and texture.
