Outstanding Lamb Cannelloni at YBG! Made with ground lamb, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, pine nuts, mozzarella, onion, grana padano parmesan, béchamel, and marinara sauce. We started with one of my favorite appetizers in SoCal, Fried Calamari Misto. Includes carrots, green beans, pepperoncini; plus lemon pesto aioli and marinara dipping sauces. Always a delight visiting this fine establishment.
