During a recent visit to Hamburger Factory in Poway I ordered the "Cheeseburger" Mac & Cheese. A generous portion of their homemade mac & cheese, ground beef, tomato, onions then topped with cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs and baked 'til golden brown. Not among the finer macs I've had but it was decent. The standout for this visit was an order of the fried clam strips appetizer. Very tasty and comes with outstanding cocktail and tartar sauces.
