The only thing stopping me was my laziness - well, it wasn't hard to make or anything, but the prep takes some time. Like sushi and spring rolls, all the ingredients had to be prepared separately and assembled. But it was worth it as it turned out grrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeat, beautiful AND tasty!!
