Excellent "Chicken Cordon Bleu" at Brigantine in Escondido! Panko breaded, goat cheese & prosciutto stuffed; comes with mashed taters, cherry maters, arugula, sherry vinaigrette, finished in a delicate roasted garlic parmesan cream sauce. First time visiting the Esco location (while Poway was closed for remodel). Outside is a little sketchy, but inside is stunning and beautiful.
