Bread Street Kitchen is one of the many great restaurants owned by celebrity chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay. This particular location is a destination in its own right. The atmosphere is electric, featuring panoramic views of the River Thames and a globally inspired menu; plus Gordon's world famous European classics. Every dish was exquisite. From the Caesar salad to the fish & chips. Plus the ubiquitous sticky toffee pudding. I think it was here I first observed that, in general, the Irish are noticeably more friendly than the British. Our waiter was from Ireland and was an absolute gem! He couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and friendly to us "foreigners".
