Being a Friday night, everything was a madhouse so we enjoyed a nice dinner at Francesca's Restaurant inside our beautiful accommodations at the Brooks Hotel in the heart of downtown Dublin. I had an excellent steamed monkfish, seafood chowder and my first Guinness in Dublin. Such a treat! The town is beautiful, historic and bustling with vibrant, eclectic life.
