Dinner at Quinlan's "The Mad Monk" was exceptional! Deep Water Prawn Tagliatelle was a beautiful pasta dish made with spring onion, fresh herbs, basil oil and some of Ireland's finest seafood. Jr FoodObs had the Pan Fried Fillets of Seabass that included shrimp & mussels risotto. Lady FoodObs of course had a beautiful steak, thoughtfully crowned with onion rings. I've had a lot of seafood chowder on this trip and this place was probably the best. Rustic, rich and hearty seafood abundance.
