Kind of like the Spanish tortilla patatas, in theory, but with bread instead of potato. Well I can't say that it failed, but...it definitely didn't turn out as expected. The "omelette" held its shape alright, but the texture and taste of bread simply do not come close to those of potatoes. Nice try, though.
