All I remember was having this with my long-time ex-boyfriend and his extended family in Kaohsiung at a nice restaurant and 20-year-old me back then thinking that it tasted SUPER YUMMY. I would go back 16 years in time to have this again if I could. (And oh, someone cut me a chunk of the German pork knuckle that they were having, and it was also damn awesome!)
