Cocoa powder is a minefield if you need to strictly avoid any trace of milk and nuts. Here are the brands I currently rely on as safe: Dr Oertker Creative Nature (packed in an environment free-from nut and peanuts) Asda own brand cocoa powder Sevenhills Wholefoods cocoa powder ( They state all their products do not contain substances that cause allergies as ingredients or by cross contamination.)
