I've had minced pork with basil before and I believe this is the same thing, even though the dish didn't mention basil. It was so damn good and the only downside was that it was way too spicy!!! Out of mild, medium, and hot, I opted for medium...but in hindsight, I should have gone for mild. Then again, I really enjoyed the spiciness, even though I was sweating by the end of the meal!
