Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Clean and chop Boaal Mach.
Step 2: Marinate with turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil.
Step 3: Make a paste of green chilli and cumin seed.
Step 4: Peel off potato and chop.
Step 5: Heat the pan and add mustard oil and add pinch of salt.
Step 6: Fry the fish.
Step 7: Separate fried fish.
Step 8: Add nigella seed and chopped potato into hot oil, turn and fry.
Step 9: Add paste, salt and turmeric powder, turn and fry.
Step 10: Add a little water, turn and fry.
Step 11: Add water, turn and cover to tender.
Step 12: Add fried fish and again cover to tender.
Step 13: Add pinch of sugar as an additive.
