From personal experience I can say the Gourmet Sauce mixes are very easy to use, are packed full of flavour, work well with high protein recipes, are gluten free AND all vegetarian friendly too!👌🏼

I was gifted;

Sticky Brisket of Beef without the Grief (pictured above)- we slow-cooked some rump steaks with the sauce mix and some garlic butter, and then made our own pies - bloody delicious. Their serving suggestion = 318 cal/55.5g protein per portion
Samba Spiced Chicken Moqueca (Brazilian type casserole/stew - pictured below) - I used their serving suggestion and we had rice on the side - it was so mouth-wateringly tasty = 288 cal/45.8g protein per portion (without the rice obvs)
Pig Easy American BBQ Style Pulled Pork (yet to use) - serving suggestion = 353 cal/51.5g protein per portion

💚The mixes are so easy to use, very delicious and something different to our usual meals we cook regularly so we really enjoyed them! The packaging is very appealing and easy to store too.
