It's still soup weather and should be for a while. I enjoyed an outstanding bowl of Albondigas at La Cocina, served steaming hot! It's such a rich, hearty, flavorful broth, teeming with tender carrots, zucchini, taters, Mexican-style meatballs and a little bit of rice. Comes with fresh, hot, supple tortillas. It's like a culinary rock concert in a bowl!
