This is me trying something different! These bars are rich, yummy and as easy as anything. In fact they're inspired by those 'not really a recipe' you seen on Instagram reels or TikTok - just a few ready made ingredients, put together to make something new. I'm not sure this kind of thing should even be called a recipe, more like a recommendation as you don't really need any skill to put them together.
Don't get me onto social media cooks - it seems to me that the more popular they are, the less exciting the recipes and the more brown/beige the food. It seems that if you make beige stuff in an air fryer with no real cooking knowledge (like people using tomato purée as a sauce and not cooking it out
) then you'll be super successful! No I'm not envious, I just find it a bit bizarre!
This recipe definitely fits the brief of 'easy recipe' - just four ingredients (plus some decorations if you with) and you have something that people can't stop eating, surely that has to be a win-win!
Anyway here is an allergy-friendly non recipe - feel free to use it as a recommendation and alter the ingredients and amounts to your liking - but if you do follow my instructions you'll be up with a decadent luxurious treat that everyone will enjoy! It's also a great recipe to do on a budget and with the kids
