Par Lounge and Deck has another new menu. There's some new exciting things, plus some old favorites are back. I had the "Shrimp Capellini". Cream, garlic, white wine, lemon, maters, parmesan - $25. Comes with garlic bread. Outstanding dish despite the fact that it doesn't include capers this go around and had a drier consistency. The standout are their excellent shrimps! Four plump, succulent crustaceans always perfectly cooked. Also had the new "Wisconsin Cheese Curds". Panko breaded white cheese with a side of spicy marinara that wasn't really spicy - $16. A very tasty appetizer but didn't seem like curds. More like little nugs of fried mozzarella. Fried cheese curds have a distinct texture and mouthfeel that was indiscernible here. I would definitely order it again though.
