I had a very bad experience at Sholo Ana Bangali, a Bengali restaurant in Darjeeling. If I order a platter or alacart, but there wouldn't be any difference in the quantity of food, only in the price. The platter was Rs.1100 and the alacart was Rs.2500, which was a huge rip-off. The food was served in cheap and leaky Shalpata plates, which made a mess on the table. The staff tried to convince me that they gave me extra quantity, but I could see that it was not true. The food was also bland and low quality. I felt cheated and dissatisfied by this restaurant.
