How does God of War performs on the Steam Deck compared to PS4 and PS5? Posted: 01 May 2022 09:39 AM PDT The findings of a new God of War Steam Deck vs. PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 comparison video are fascinating. Sony Santa Monica’s PlayStation exclusive, which was released for PlayStation earlier this year, may now be enjoyed by PC users as well. This leaves us wondering how God of War performs on the steam deck compared to PS4 and PS5. The game has been confirmed for Valve’s Steam Deck, and YouTuber “ElAnalistaDeBits” has put it to the test on both the portable and Sony consoles. While the Microsoft Xbox prohibits the usage of God of War on GeForce Now, the Norse adventure of Kratos and Atreus is available on Steam Deck. With Santa Monica Studios’ work now accessible on Valve’s hybrid platform, the irrepressible El Analista de Bits created a fascinating one-on-one comparison video for the title. ElAnalistaDeBits utilized the “original” God of War set on Steam Deck for the comparison, which, in his perspective, provides similar performance to PlayStation consoles but with significant advantages. Valve’s PC console, according to its studies, offers a superior draw distance in some locations, as well as higher-quality textures for select items. There are videos that compare the performance of God of War on Steam, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The findings are undoubtedly intriguing, with Valve’s console-PC standing out for shorter loading times, greater draw distance, and higher-quality textures but not being able to match the speed of the PS5. So, how does God of War stack up against the PlayStation versions of the game on Steam? So far, it appears to be a bit of a mixed bag. The game operates in (PS4 Pro) backward compatibility mode on the PS5, which means it renders in 4K checkerboard quality at 60 frames per second. Meanwhile, PC users are able to enjoy the game at much higher frame rates. According to ElAnalistaDeBits; the experience of God of War on the Stream Deck is greater than that of God of War on the PlayStation 4. When using the Valve device in portable mode; they recommend turning off FSR, but when connected to a display; Recommend turning on AMD’s upscaling technology to the highest setting to ensure a consistent frame rate. They have never been able to get a frame rate of 60 frames per second; thus, they recommend setting it at 30. Graphics and FPSOf course, the person in charge of doing this comparison research was none other than The Bit Analyst; who is a specialist in this field, as seen by his long YouTube career. Here’s a video where he gathers a number of comparisons. This is the console of special significance for God of War on PS4, PS5, and Steam Deck. The first thing that strikes you is the speed with which the page loads. Due to the lack of a proper PS5 version, God of War is unable to fully leverage Sony’s latest-generation SSD; allowing Steam Deck to run the game quicker. Of course, in FPS, it will be lower than PlayStation 5; it is even suggested to set a setting of 30 on the Valve laptop since; as you can see, it is a little unsteady in that regard; even though it exceeds this amount in most situations without becoming untidy. Steam Deck has nothing on Steam Deck in terms of texturing, shadows, distance, lighting, and reflections. It’s a rare sensation to be able to play AAA at this level on a laptop. Of course, there are changes, but it’s not like switching from one system to another is a nightmare right now. This was a guide about how God of War performs on the steam deck compared to PS4 and PS5, and we hope this helped you!

The Penguin Movie starting Colin Farrell begins Production on June 15, 2022 Posted: 01 May 2022 08:15 AM PDT The Penguin movie spinoff of The Batman, described as a "Scarface-like" series about the rise of the Penguin character. The Penguin, otherwise known as Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, is a dapper mob boss and one of Batman's primary villains. With The Batman sequel coming soon, it looks like Warner Brothers is all in on this project. They’ve greenlit a follow-up and are planning some more expansive with an HBO Max spin off featuring Colin Farrell’s Penguin that will start filming June 15, 2022! The show will follow Penguin’s rise to power over time, likely with an ending that leads right into the character we all already saw on screen. The production listing states it is set for a June 15th shoot date and provides some very brief information about what viewers can expect from these episodes in addition!
He also expressed his eagerness to return following the release of this new film.
With the news that Robert Pattinson is set to take on the role of Batman in the upcoming Warner Bros. film, there has been a lot of speculation about how his version of the character will fit into the larger DC Comics Universe. While there are heavy rumors that Pattinson’s Bat will get a brief reference in the upcoming Flashpoint, it’s by no means a guarantee that the character (Colin Farrell’s Penguin) would ever meet up with other actors playing these legendary heroes. Only time will tell how Warner Bros., plans to expand this new version of Gotham City, but it’s clear that Robert Pattinson’s Batman will be an important part of the puzzle. Posted: 01 May 2022 05:51 AM PDT When you think of Nintendo gaming, you probably think of one game series in particular: The Legend of Zelda. It is one of the most popular and well-known series on the PlayStation. If you decide to know about Zelda’s history and you are interested in knowing when did Zelda come out, then this guide shares all the release dates for various Zelda games over the years. You’ll discover that there are a lot of games to play, and the best way to do it is to play them in order of release. The game that began as a prototype for the Famicom Disk System and was exclusively available in Japan would go on to become a defining title for Nintendo. Let's discuss some important thing about this game series and what impact did it have on the audience over the years. When Did Zelda Come OutSince its debut in 1986, The Legend of Zelda has reaped immense critical and financial acclaim with each new installment in the series. While we wait to see what the next chapter has in store for us, now is a good opportunity to take a journey down memory lane and just admire this masterpiece’s history. Here are all of the Zelda games that have been released so far, in order: Zelda: The Legend of Zelda (1986)The Legend of Zelda was first released in Japan in 1986 for the Famicom, and it featured all of the core elements we’ve come to expect from a Zelda game, including the three main characters, the Triforce and Hyrule. Zelda II: Link’s Adventure (1987)With Zelda II, Nintendo chose to go in a different route. Link tries to save Princess Zelda once more in this sequel to The Legend of Zelda, but this time from a side-scrolling viewpoint. The game is far more action-oriented than the first and also includes RPG aspects not seen in subsequent titles. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (1991)A Link to the Past, which debuted on the SNES, is a prequel to the first two games and marks a return to the classic Zelda paradigm. The game’s concept was similar to that of previous Nintendo first-party sequels at the time in that it took the framework of its NES predecessor and found ways to expand on it using the SNES’ hardware capabilities. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening (1993)The first game in the series to be released on a portable is Link’s Awakening. It’s one of the few Zelda games not set in Hyrule, and it also lacks Princess Zelda and the Triforce. The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time (1998)Because of the transition from 2D to 3D, there was a long gap between Link’s Awakening and Ocarina of Time’s release. This was due to the fact that game creators were still getting used to the concept of a character navigating through three-dimensional space, which resulted in a slew of early 3D titles. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask (2000)Majora’s Mask is a straight successor to Ocarina of Time that dramatically modifies the Zelda formula, much like the shift from the original Legend of Zelda to Zelda II. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages (2001)Despite the fact that Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages are two unique games located in different settings, they depict the same interrelated tale that can only be understood by playing both. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (2002)The Wind Waker, which debuted on the GameCube; has a distinct cel-shaded graphic style that sets it different from its predecessors. The game’s setting, which sees the kingdom of Hyrule sunken at the bottom of the Great Sea, was enhanced by the change in aesthetics. The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (2004)The next one is this one. It is an enlarged version of Four Swords; which first appeared in the GBA port of A Link to the Past. Many of the gameplay and concepts from the GBA version are retained, but the game makes use of GameCube’s hardware capabilities by introducing better atmospheric visual effects. The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (2004)This version of the game was launched in Europe and Japan in November 2004 and in the United States in January 2005. This game takes a different approach than others, taking place in a massive open-world environment. With the assistance of a sentient hat named Ezlo, Link is able to decrease in size. As a result, Link is able to explore and find a whole new hidden realm in Hyrule. Twilight Princess (2006)The Twilight Princess was the Wii’s debut game, published in November 2006. It was, however, intended to be released only for the Nintendo GameCube. However, it was subsequently published in December 2006 on the GameCube. Phantom Hourglass (2007)With the release of Phantom Hourglass on the Nintendo DS on June 23rd, 2007; the cel-shaded graphic style makes a reappearance in the franchise. This version was billed as a direct sequel to The Wind Waker, despite not having the same graphic style. Spirit Tracks (2009)Spirit Tracks was released in December 2009, two years after the release of Phantom Hourglass. It used the same cel-shaded graphic style as its predecessor; but instead of riding a boat, Link now rides a train. Skyward Sword (2011)In November 2011, the series’ 16th installment was released. This new game was created to make the most of the Wii U’s motion controls. A Link Between Worlds (2013)The Nintendo 3DS game A Link Between Worlds was published in 2013. The story of A Link Between Worlds of this game version occurs in the same universe as its previous version, but hundreds of years later. Tri Force Heroes (2015)The cooperative-oriented gameplay of Four Swords Adventure makes a reappearance in the 18th episode of The Legend of Zelda series. Three people may team up and fight their way through dungeons filled with riddles via an online connection. Breath of the Wild (2017)This Legend of Zelda sequel is one of the other most interesting games in the series; which was released on the same day as the Nintendo Switch in 2017. Many people consider it to be not only the finest game in the series but one of the best video games ever made. Link’s Awakening (2019)So, The original Link’s Awakening version was the series’ fourth installment and the first to be released on a portable device. It was released on Gameboy Color and was praised for its story themes and accessibility at the time. Skyward Sword HD (2021)The Legend of Zelda is a hugely popular game; as evidenced by the fact that there is yet another installment in the series. In 2021, a definitive remastered version was released, which did the game justice and brought it up to date. Breath of the Wild sequel (2022)So, Fans are looking forward to the Nintendo Switch release of the second Breath of the Wild game. We’re in for some incredible adventures with a fascinating plot that begins off where it left off; based on the trailers. One of the teasers shows the entire kingdom of Hyrule being pulled into oblivion by a massive mass of wickedness. What is your favorite Zelda game? Let us know! |
Nintendo Expects 10% Fewer Switch Sales Due to Supply Chain Posted: 01 May 2022 04:45 AM PDT Nintendo recently announced that they are expecting 10% fewer Switch sales for the fiscal year due to production issues. The company cited “production problems” as the main reason for the expected decline in sales. This is unfortunate news for Nintendo, as they have been struggling to keep up with demand for the Switch since its release. The Japanese gaming giant, Nintendo has reported a 30% decrease in sales from fiscal year 2020 when its Nintendo Switch console reached 28.83 million units sold worldwide at its peak point during that time period last decade – but it’s not all bad news! The company said they expect things will get back on track by 2023 with an expecting total of around 40-45 millons products moved per year once again hitting store shelves globally thanks largely due increased demand for their popular New Super Mario Bros U title among others.. Nintendo’s Switch console continues to be a huge success, but the company is still struggling with shortages of key materials needed for production. In fiscal year 2021 they are estimating that 23 million units will sell-down compared too last years count at 30%. This means there was barely any increase in total number sold when factoring out how many were made due solely on account microcontroller issues which have since been resolved after some tweaking by engineers within our industry! The Kyoto-based company has started to increase production, but the prolonged chip shortage and global supply chain disruptions aggravated by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will make it difficult. Nintendo – Shanghai lockdown, chip shortages complicate fiscal 2022In China, where the Switch is produced and distribution throughout Asia occurs with shortages due to coronavirus outbreaks. Production has been disrupted by this lockdown which could cut sales of Nintendo’s newest console in fiscal 2022 below 20 million units if it lasts long term or even shorter period time frames. With the current generation being in between cycles, Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa believes this to be an appropriate time for change, quoted saying ” “is still in the middle of the cycle.” “The lineup will be at an all-time high level,” said a Japanese securities analyst. Nintendo, has been working hard this year to release a new version of its popular Splatoon game in September 2022 and an entirely unique Pokemon title by the end of the year!

Sandra Bullock Wants Daniel Radcliffe for Wolverine: Marvel, Please Hire Him! Posted: 01 May 2022 03:30 AM PDT Sandra Bullock leashes out on Marvel to “just f*cking cast him!”, after Daniel Radcliffe is once again asked about Wolverine.Sandra Bullock is campaigning for Daniel Radcliffe to play Wolverine in the next installment of the Marvel movie franchise. In a recent interview, she said that she would love to see him take on the role and that he has the perfect combination of humor and intensity for the character. She even went so far as to say that she would be happy to help with the casting process! It’s been a trying year for Daniel Radcliffe, who has had to put out fires surrounding the constant speculation that he might be playing Wolverine. But it turns out all of this was just foreshadowed by one person: his agent Sandra Bullock! The Harry Potter actor gave an interview where she said “I hope so,” when asked if there were any chance we’ll see our favorite X-Men member on screen again soon (using words like ‘supporting role’ instead). And moments ago I read about how director Bryan Singer wants him involved–in addition!–in upcoming films which makes total sense considering they worked together before. Sandra Bullock Wants Daniel Radcliffe to Play Wolverine! When Bullock was asked once more in an interview with It's Gone Viral about whether or Daniel Radcliffe, with a possible role on Marvel Studios’ upcoming project, the actress questioned why it hadn’t happened yet. Radcliffe responded by saying that “no one’s asking me actually Sandra,” and then went into detail describing how fans were only guessing online at this point since nobody knew for sure if they would even want to do anything else besides acting while also mentioning her pitch towards them when tempted enough… The notion of Daniel Radcliffe playing Wolverine would have sounded ridiculous not so long ago, but a quick glance at social media makes it clear that he's got plenty supporters and we can now add Sandra Bullock to THAT list! Watch the ” SANDRA BULLOCK & DANIEL RADCLIFFE THE LOST CITY INTERVIEW! ” on YouTube below: What are your thoughts on Daniel Radcliffe, playing Wolverine? Let us know! Roronoa Zoro Wano Theory – One Piece Posted: 01 May 2022 03:21 AM PDT After that splendid performance of Zoro in his fight against Kaidou and King, we are putting the spotlight on him. Even the Zanji fanatics would agree that his battle is a major highlight on the Wano Arc. We were initially hoping that the land of the Samurai would provide an answer to some unanswered questions on the swordsman’s backstory. Unfortunately, it only led to more questions. The pirate hunter has been there since the first Arc of One Piece; however, information about his existence has continued to evade us. With this Roronoa Zoro Wano theory, we hope that we will be able to shed light on this character that continues to baffle us.
Interesting Roronoa Zoro Wano Theory that Does or Doesn’t Make SenseAdmit it, some of us hoped that Wano Arc was Zoro’s Arc. We have seen Nami’s dramatic background story at the Arlong Park Arc, Robin’s tragic history at the Enies Lobby, and Sanji’s eccentric family at the Whole Cake Island Arc. Unfortunately, it seems that fans of this manga series will be disappointed. As the conclusion draws near, we are starting to understand that the Arc showcases the transition of Luffy from a character that rivals the power of the Yonkou to the King of the Pirates. Still, since Wano has already given us a glimpse of the backstory of Zoro, the next Arc will most probably be about him. In the meantime, here is an exciting Ronoroa Zoro Wano theory that we need to look into.
Zoro is from the Past
This is a repeated Roronoa Zoro Wano fan theory that we often encounter on Reddit and Quora. Some users claimed that Zoro and Toki are related and that Toki accidentally sent a baby Zoro to the future. Toki originally came from a civilization more than 800 years ago. It was mentioned that she traveled to the future several times to escape dangers and probably to find someone. While the idea of time traveling is a crazy way to connect Toki with Zoro, let us first consider what they are trying to point out.
Why It Doesn’t Make Sense
Why It Makes Sense
So what’s the possibility of this Roronoa Zoro Wano theory? Zoro indeed has a connection with the Wano village. If that relationship is with Toki, Ryuma, or both, we will definitely find out in the next Arc along with the premonition of Kozuki Toki. |

Summer Time Rendering Episode 1 Review: An Anime Of The Year Contender? Posted: 30 Apr 2022 08:47 PM PDT Summer Time Rendering Episode 1 came out and I finally got around to watching it. I think I just watched one of the best pilot episodes of any anime… ever. I'm not joking. It's up there with the first episode of The Promised Neverland, Attack on Titan, Naruto, and Death Note first episodes. Summer Time Rendering is one of those rare gems that gets overshadowed by the more popular works when it comes out but slowly becomes a magnificent hit. It might be the second Ranking of Kings, but better. What is Summer Time Rendering? So, what is the premise of this fascinating fantasy mystery? You've seen Re: Zero, right? Summer Time Rendering is something akin to Re: Zero meets Paranoia Agent. Episode 1 starts with our protagonist, Shinpei, as he returns back to his hometown. He comes back abruptly from the big city, Tokyo, after his friend-turned-family, Ushio dies. At first glance, the main thing that's very striking about Shinpei is his differently-colored eyes. It instantly reminded me of Ohto Ai (protagonist of Wonder Egg Priority) and her heterochromia. Anyway, Shinpei starts the episode in what looks like a dream with Ushio telling him to look after Mio. As he tries to reach out to Ushio, he wakes up from his dream with his face in-between a lady's breasts. He had been too deep in his trance that he leaned forward and… you know the rest. Not surprisingly, he receives a slap for his mistake. After that, Shinpei arrives at his hometown and I was immediately in awe of the art. Everything is rendered to the highest quality in the town and the studio knows this. They take out time to showcase their work by giving small shots of the environments. It may be an insect clinging to the wall of a building or just the roof of a building. Summer Time Rendering heralds back to Makoto Shinkai level of directing in that regard. A Fantastic Protagonist, Great Direction, and Phenomenal EndingShinpei meets Mio and we learn that she is Ushio's sister. Shinpei grew up with them after his parents died. Throughout Episode 1, we see our protagonist struggling with the pain of losing the girl that was like a sister to him. And that's one of the three reasons why this show and episode are so phenomenal. The first is the protagonist. Seeing that Summer Time Rendering is a seinen, I can see why the protagonist isn't a loudmouth. Not that I dislike loudmouths in shounen like Naruto or Luffy, but it’s nice to have a change of pace. Shinpei and calm, smart, and empathetic. The second reason why this show is so freaking amazing is its ambiance. There is a particular aura you feel when watching certain shows. You can just tell that they are great but can't really pinpoint why every scene, even the mundane ones, are so intricate. They instill in you a sense of wonder and anticipation, and this suits a mystery show like Summer Time Rendering. The soundtrack helps convey this uneasy yet tantalizing feeling as well, with the direction of this episode particularly noteworthy. Summer Time Rendering is Everything I Love About SeinenBut the real hook are the last five minutes. The way everything came undone with some gorgeous visuals, great tension, and immaculate shock value. The way Shinpei sees the lady who slapped him at the beginning of the episode get shot, then witnessed what followed. Gosh, that was exhilarating. The way the story is set up allows for so much leeway in gruesome death while also giving a compelling jigsaw-like mystery. The pieces are filled each time Shinpei returns, and we get to go on the journey with him. Summer Time Rendering is a marvel in execution and I can wait to see where it goes from here. This show is peak seinen. A great story. Fantastic suspense. Incredible direction, and a compelling main character. It's probably too soon to say, but we might just have an anime of the year contender. Summer Time Rendering Episode 1 Review: An Anime Of The Year Contender? |
